I can easily post data for them, or give them a place to send me documents. I have often had students e-mail me projects, but this would take a lot of the hassle of organizing out. One of the main advantages is that it is compatible with any computer. You don't have to buy the Microsoft package with Excel, and others don't have to have the software to open your document because it is all online.
